Cladding Solutions
Hume Pine supplies four timber cladding solutions; Shiplap, Bevelback, Rusticated, and Board and Batten.
All solutions come with the assurance of CodeMark which enables streamlined council approvals and includes best practice installation and maintenance requirements.
Weatherboard and associated mouldings are manufactured from FSC® Certified New Zealand plantation grown Radiata Pine.

Hume Pine offers the external cladding systems in Pineclad and Pineclad TMT.
Pineclad is treated H3.1 (LOSP) and it supplied with a dual coating of factory applied alkyd pre-primer, reading for top-coating. It is the ideal option where a paint finish (LRV greater than 45%) is to be applied.
Single Coat pre-primed Pineclad ready for sanding and re-priming before the application of two top-coats, is made to order.
Pineclad TMT delivers durability through thermal modification. It is supplied with
- a dual coating of factory alkyd pre-primer (as for Pineclad,) or
- an initial coating of Wood Oil
Pineclad TMT is especially suited where a paint finish with a LRV less than 45% is to be applied.

Decking Solutions
Pineclad TMT Decking (thermally modified timber) is a truly sustainable building product manufactured in Rotorua, by Hume Pine. The timber is grown and harvested from FSC® certified Radiata Pine forests, processed, and thermally modified by one of our trusted suppliers.
Pineclad TMT Decking is a direct substitute for the traditional, chemically treated timber decking. It may be installed on pre-existing or new framing with no special skills or equipment required, providing that the boards are fixed at 450 mm centres.
