Thermally Modified Timber
Like Pineclad, Pineclad TMT Timber Weatherboard profiles are manufactured locally from FSC® Certified New Zealand plantation grown Radiata Pine.
Graded, defected and machined, solid and finger jointed profiles are thermally modified to achieve the same durability as timber treated to H3.1.
Pineclad TMT is especially suitable for use with dark colours as the lower moisture at a cellular level lowers the colour/heat related changes that can occur with chemically treated claddings.
Cladding Profiles – are available in finger jointed dual coat pre-primed (ready for top-coat) or Clears2 timber with an initial oil coating. Pre-coated ready to install options in your choice of colour or stain are available made to order.
Premium TMT Decking – Grip tread 88×27 and 135×27 profiles are available in 3.6, 4.2 and 4.8m lengths, with an initial oil coating. Vertical grain dressed decking is available and is made to order.
Dressed Four Sides profiles – are available: uncoated for joinery and indoor applications. Oil coated Dressed Fours Sides or Dressed Three Sides with a Band Sawn Face for exterior applications are made to order.
All Pineclad TMT products are supplied with either:
A dual coat of factory applied Dulux acrylic pre-primer ready for painting with your chosen paint colours. Or dual coat pre-primed with a single top coat. Visit Dulux New Zealand.
